You would never know it, but Conrail's Oak Island to Buffalo freight is crossing famed Starucca Viaduct in Lanesboro PA. While our attentions were riveted on the dramatic D&H detour operations down below, OIBU slipped up on us unawares, led by brand new SD50 #6787. The big locos became instant favorites, with a sleek look and awesome pulling power.
