BNSF 6570, 6656(ES44C4's) and 749(D9-44CW) lead a string of general merchandise across Olathe, Kansas on 9/21/2014. This train is leaving the TransCon to join the south bound tracks formerly owned by the Frisco and MKT which runs south through Kansas and on to Texas. This is a connector line that was rebuilt by BNSF soon after the merger with the ATSF to allow trains originating in the old ATSF yard in Kansas City to join the old Frisco line running south out of Kansas City.
