ULAURBE passes the SCMRBE

ULAURBE passes the SCMRBE at North Bow, both on their way to Roberts Bank coal port. The SCM lost its DPU's and had to back into Bow siding and wait for a 3 unit set of 2nd generation power to help shove it north over the 1% grades out of Bellingham.
