The train is led by freshly repainted ex-BN SD45 #3622, followed by ex-Frisco SD45 #6695, still in Cascade Green, a D&H Alco C424M, and two CSX units, one still attired in Chessie System colors. CR SD60 #6840 East Hornell NY1 viewsOne a hub of activity in its Erie Lackawanna heyday, Hornell Yard in the Conrail era saw use mostly as a car storage facility. The former EL shop complex at this date was being used by Morrison-Knudsen to refurbish commuter rail cars.
