N&W C30-7 #8021 entering Buffalo Junction Yard67 viewsFollowing the closing of Bison Yard, N&W moved their operations to the smaller Buffalo Junction Yard, located west of D&H's SK Yard and east of Conrail's CP Draw. The Seneca Street bridge was an excellent spot to view the action as C30-7 8021 leads the way into the yard with cars picked up from the D&H. Buffalo's Central Terminal can be seen in the upper right corner.

Once the Milwaukee pulled out of town the line in the foreground was run by BN and eventually BNSF up to the ICE tracks.
